[horde] Using SyncML

Hello

we like to try out SyncML with Horde and different Devices/Software  
components. Our Webmail System has the following components up and  
running:

Horde 3.3
IMP 4.3
Turba 2.3

What i need is a hint what have to be configured to get started and  
which settings can alter the way SyncML is used. Unfortunately SyncML  
is not mentioned in the install-doku at all, only in the CHANGES file.

http://wiki.horde.org/SyncML mentioned a PEAR package "syncML" which i  
cannot find either installed nor at pear.php.net? Instead of this the  
package "SOAP" has to be installed, but is not mentioned in the  
INSTALL file.
