[horde] Login Screen Went Away/ Now Blank

I just perform upgrade to my horde, which includes all of the other horde apps, and where before I was getting login screen, now I get blank screen. well not blank, I have turned on logging so I get:

Fatal error: Class 'Horde' not found in /usr/share/pear/Horde/Registry.php on line 916

My horde/test.php shows nothing unusual, but my horde/imp/test.php gives the following:
