[horde] Lost ability to change tabs in Configuration

Hi,

Suddenly (after some updating via cvs) I lost the ability to change to any other
tab from the initial tab in the configuration page. Many Applications have only
one tab, so no problem there, but some, in particular horde itself have many. I
see the first tab, can make changes there and save the settings. When I try to
switch to another tab nothing happens. I do not see any error messges in the
Apache log.
