[horde] Groupware Webmail 1.2.2 does not include recent releases?

I could wordily explain that this was a security release and thus only  
contains updates of the modules that hat security fixes. But honestly,  
I didn't notice. I was sure the last groupware releases already  
contained all current stable versions. Sorry about that.

The releases *do* appear under the projects' Stable Releases headers.  
But it's on purpose that we don't mention each and every regular  
release on the projects' Lates News sections. Only major news should  
show up there.
