[horde] horde webmail created files permissions problem

Horde is trying to create files/directories inside this .horde  
directory and fails, obviously because of the wrong permissions of  
that directory.
You probably have the umask setting in the Horde configuration wrong,  
so that this directory was created with the wrong perms.

All your other issues sound like they stem from the same problem.
