[horde] install Horde Git Repository

While I'm having my own problems getting a development version of Horde running, you really have to follow all the instructions.  You can't just git clone horde-hatchery and have a working copy of Horde.

Note that before doing "pear install -f..." you'll need to discover Horde's PEAR repo if you haven't before:

pear channel-discover pear.horde.org
