[horde] Unable to install trean

The actual error message isn't shown in the trace you posted. Looks  
like you missed the first few lines.

Than being said, it looks like you are attmepting to install the HEAD  
version of Trean (which is for Horde 4) on an existing Horde 3  
installation. You need to check out the FRAMEWORK_3 branch of Trean to  
work with Horde 3.
