[horde] SyncML rpc.php

Horde Install at our company runs fine.  Trying to get SyncML going.
After accessing http://<myhordeinstallpath>/rpc.php ,  I  get the following:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.
The document tree is shown below.

I  am running Horde Framework v3.3.4

What am  I  missing ?  Please advise.
