[horde] Whups doesn't work under Horde Webmail 1.2.3 or newer

Hi Jan!

Sorry about the priority header, will not happen again, just an  
automatic reaction to troubles that need urgent attention and forgot  
that I was writing to the list.

When you try to add a new ticket, first select the Queue which it will  
be assigned to (Stage 1), then select the Type (Stage 2) and finally  
fill all data regarding the incidence, when clicking on the Send  
button, the following error appears in the browser:

Not Found
The requested URL /whups/ticket/7 was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.9 (Debian) PHP/5.2.6-1+lenny3 with Suhosin-Patch  
mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.8g Server at webmail.auger.org.ar Port 80

I checked that directory permissions are open (777), and even turned  
the ownership of the whole Whups folder to apache2 user with no success.

No Horde log messages, but Apache points the following error:
[Tue Jul 07 22:57:34 2009] [error] [client 168.96.148.111] File does  
not exist: /usr/share/horde3/js/builder.js, referer:  
http://webmail.auger.org.ar/whups/ticket/create.php

Tickets are shown in the main Ticket, but no mater if you click on the  
Queue or the ticket, you get always:

Not Found
The requested URL /whups/queue/3 was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.9 (Debian) PHP/5.2.6-1+lenny3 with Suhosin-Patch  
mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.8g Server at webmail.auger.org.ar Port 80

or

Not Found
The requested URL /whups/ticket/1 was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.9 (Debian) PHP/5.2.6-1+lenny3 with Suhosin-Patch

Sorry, I though that perhaps this had something to do with the error.

I hope this helps, I didn't open a bug yet because I didn't want to  
disturb before asking if it has something to do with my lack of  
knowledge or misconfiguration issues.
