Hi Jan!

The apache2.2 running on the site has the mod_rewrite module  
installed, the problem was that the /usr/share/horde3/ directory had  
not "AllowOverride All", but just a limited one in Apache site  
configuration file.

I'm able now to add tickets using GET-based URLs or 'pretty' ones.

PS: Do I must open a ticket in bugs.horde.org about the builder.js not  
being there in Whups 1.0 or 1.0.1-cvs?
