[horde] upgrading from an old horde webmail version

Hello,

when i try to update from an old horde webmail edition over the setup menu with this choice:

(5) Update from an older Horde Groupware Webmail Edition version


I get an error like this:

/var/www/horde-old/horde-groupware-1.2.4/kronolith/config/menu.php -> /var/www/horde/horde-groupware-1.2.4/kronolith/config/menu.php
[ ERROR! ] Cannot copy
           "/var/www/horde-old/horde-groupware-1.2.4/kronolith/config/menu.php"
           to
           "/var/www/horde/scripts/../horde-groupware-1.2.4/kronolith/config/me
           nu.php".

What problem is here?
