Minerva is not officially released software, but is available from our
"incubator" in CVS. See http://www.horde.org/source/using.php for
information on how to install our source from CVS.

When I click on the Invoicing
> button to export my time I get an error saying "Invoicing System is

Nope, Hermes is simply a time tracking application, allowing you to
keep track of what time you spend on what project/deliverable.

Don't use Minerva personally, but I believe a pro forma invoice is
sort of like an invoice that acts like a quote for products/services.

Great!

You might also try sending an email to the dev at lists.horde.org list,
as I know the major contributor for Minerva follows that list, not
sure if he is on this one or not...
