I defined them in them in the Horde Setup page under the Authentication tab in the $conf[auth][admins] field. This looks fine in the conf.php file as well. If I log in as either of these users I get all of the setup options that I normally don't see when logged in as a typical user. So I believe that's all right. However, I do not have teh Employee field in the Search page on the Time Tracking module when I am logged in as either admin.
