[horde] Fw: Re: "sendmail returned error code 127"

Chaps anything on this ?

http://www.horde.org/horde now works fine under "/var/www/horde"
and
http://www.horde.org/webmail now lives under "/var/www/webmail"

Same issue. Cannot find Administration->Setup->Horde on webmail version.
On http://www.horde.org/horde it's there. But then there's another couple
of hundred options !

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
