[horde] Newbie Install Help

OK. I am an newbie to all this and I am trying my best to have IMP up and 
running.

First thing I am assume is I must upload and install the Horde Framework to 
my server before anything.


I am using a shared hosting service with no shell access and have uploaded 
Horde 3.3.6

So what is the next step, I have read all the docs and like I said, I do not 
have shell access. I am running windows and my server is Debian and has all 
the prerequisites as you mentioned.

Just feel a little lost on the next steps.
