Uh, what? I'm using the CentOS-provided dovecot and it works perfectly
fine with SquirrelMail (which I'm trying to replace), but
/etc/dovecot/passwd doesn't exist. All authentication goes through
/etc/passwd by default - based both on observed behavior and comments
in /etc/dovecot.conf
