There's nothing wrong with Horde 3.x working with PHP 5.3.0+ - it
works fine. It was just that, as of PHP 5.3.0, deprecated messages
started to be thrown. If one does not want to deal with masking these
deprecated messages, they are best served by using PHP < 5.3.0.
