[horde] can't handle TEL: field in vcard

Horde Groupware 1.2.4; file: turba/Driver.php didn't recognize TEL:PREF:VOICE.
I made a little patch to store that field in phone, but don't know if that was 
the wanted behavior.

the 'phone' field isn't show by default in the groupware web-addressbook 
interface. I've been told that is possible to replace one of the fields 
(WORK,HOME,PAGER,FAX) with the straight TEL...
