[horde] can't handle TEL: field in vcard

If you are sure that it doesn't work with the latest version, please  
create at least a patch to turba/lib/toHash.phpt that demonstrates this.

No, we only map TEL;WORK to workPhone etc. Anything else would be a  
wild guess.
