[horde] Authentication ldap, lost mode Traditional, Dynamical, Minimalist

Hello,

i need use the  authentication ldap driver, but when i use it, the
interfaz of login lost the select mode. If i use the "Let a horde
application handle authentication"  i can see the select mode for
Traditional, Dynamical, Minimalist modes.

I need some help, bec ause i need used ldap driver with the three modes.
