[horde] Authentication ldap, lost mode Traditional, Dynamical, Minimalist

The selection modes are only displayed for the IMP login page, not the  
horde login page.  Telling Horde to use LDAP authentication will use  
the Horde login page.  You have to disable hordeauth for IMP to see  
the IMP login page in this setup.
