[horde] Https response time painfully slow on Horde

Is it faster without encryption? If yes you might running out of entropy
and /dev/random is blocking. You can try to configure ssl to use
/dev/urandom

If encryption has no influence on the speed, you can try a normal html page,
or a php-script with out a database connection.
