Hi list,

I'm setting up whups module. I'm traying to set queues of demands for
delegates. Let's say that user sent a ticket. The despatcher accepts this
ticket and resend the ticket to another user with some comment. User will be
informed about acception of this tickets but he get the comment ass well and
that's what I don't want right?. The solution is to create one public and
one private queue. The delegate can create another private ticket after
acception of that public one wait for solution and after that  close the
private ticket and send the answer of the public ticket from the queu.
It would be easy to have only one queue and specific user but I need to have
despatcher role from certain reason. Is there any way how to hide the
personal notes from despatcher to the solver?
