[horde] Wiki feature

I just had a quick look as things there have changed.  I suspect as  
long as you have a horde >= 3 installed it is the  
wicked-FRAMEWORK_3-<date>.tar.gz.  The only catch is that you have to  
rename the directory it expands to from "wicked-FRAMEWORK_3" to  
"wicked" as a subdirectory of your horde installation and you also  
need a pear package (Text_Wiki-1.2.0.tgz).  The older version I am  
running works well.
