Read horde/docs/INSTALL. The first time you use Horde it will open 
without authentication (you will be the administrator). Complete 
Horde setup (Left menu: Setup, Administration), complete Horde 
applications setup (IMP, Turba, etc) and set the user "example" (not 
example at example.com) as the administrator.
