[horde] Please help!

It sounds like you may be having a DNS issue with the domain Horde is used on that is preventing or limiting access to the email system & delivery and reception of email.
 
Without knowing the domain that Horde is used on, I can't provide any additional assistance.

Please help me.I have spent countless hours since yesterday trying to find
how to get help with our business horde email acounts. We've been using
horde for the last several years without any problems. The man who set up
the account for us is not available to help us any more. It looks like he
set us up with a basic Horde PHP type file.
I've tried looking through all the FAQ sections of Horde info page but since
I'm not an expert at computers it all sounds foreign to me.
The problem started two days ago when none of us in the office could log
into our horde email accounts...a page came up saying the address may have
been entered wrong or the page doesn't exist. We called our internet service
provider and they say they have nothing to do with the problem.
Then yesterday afternoon we could finally open our email accounts but still
can't send out or receive any new mail.
Today anyone who tries sending us a message gets it's sent back to them
saying it's undeliverable.
It's crucial that we get our email account fixed as soon as possible. Any
help would be very greatly appreciated!
