[horde] MDB2 Error: connect failed

Sir,

I have install horde groupware on Centos 5. i have create tables without 
problem but when i have configure administrator settings it will display 
error message MDB2 Error: connect failed _doConnect: [Error message: 
unable to establish a connection] [Native code: 0].

Please help
