this sounds not good...

It seems there is any binary or (even, but less possible) a hardware problem.

If you use a binary system distribution you might have incompatibilities 
within your software - i.e. within apache/php/php-modules.

Try to get newer / other package version or build apache / php and modules 
byself from source.
