You need to either configure a Datatree backend, configure shares to  
NOT use datatree (depending on your horde version), or configure Turba  
NOT to use shares.  The first two suggestions are done via the  
administration GUI at horde/admin/setup. The last suggestion is done  
by editing turba/config/sources.php. There are instructions in that  
file.
