[horde] s/mime signed mail lost on first attempt to send from imp

I am still testing, but I think I may have found an answer.  I had been
using the "sendmail binary" setting under the horde>mailer settings.  The
problem seems to go away when I switch that setting to use a smtp server.
(Knock on wood.)

Andreas, I would be very interested to know if your experience confirms
this.
