[horde] Any painless way of importing contacts to horde ?

Hello chaps,

this is an urgent one. I need a painless way of importing contacts to
Horde either from outlook or from outlook express or even from thunderbird
(v3.1.7 for tb).

Does anyone know of a way to do this ?
My ldap is not yet setup and it will take more than the coming
holidays to sort this out :-)
