You need an IMAP server that supports listing mailboxes, and configure  
it in imp/config/servers.php. Or you need to authenticate against the  
same authentication backend that your IMAP server uses.
Or you need to use the Horde API method to clean up user data  
(removeUserData).

True. You can generate a list of those from the horde_prefs table.
