[horde] Horde 3.1.11 - FStab.php missing

Hello,

After upgrade I run into issues with the Portal screen. As an example Calendar Summary was in Finnish, not in english. I was able to add new items to the Portal, but after refresh each of components said "componentname not found" .. like "summary not found". 

I decided to delete each part with the trash icon, but after last deletion I got php errors:

Warning: Accounts_Driver_localhost::require_once(File/Fstab.php) [accounts-driver-localhost.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/horde/lib/Block/account.php on line 327

Fatal error: Accounts_Driver_localhost::require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'File/Fstab.php' (include_path='/var/www/horde/lib:.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/horde/lib/Block/account.php on line 327

I looked at the account.php and it refers to File/Fstab.php on line 327. I searched thru server and I did not find such file. 

Now, I don't know what upgrade from 3.3.4 -> 3.3.11 messed up, because everything else seems to work fine, but how do I reset the Portal to defaults or should I have such Fstab.php somewhere in the Ubuntu?
