Very strange, the 403 Permission Denied error I get when accessing
http://$SERVERIP/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync

is documented in the apache error log and it says:

[Sat Apr 09 13:25:41 2011] [error] [client 192.168.0.106] client
denied by server configuration: /var/www/htdocs/horde4/rpc.php

I tried to change the permissions of rpc.php with chmod +x but no success...

I believe this might be related to my problem. ?!
