[horde] strange behaviour with sessions

Hello list,

Since  upgrade  to  H4  final  I'm experiencing strange behaviour with
sessions in various  Horde  appliactions.  For  example I see things like different
applications  authenticated  to  for  different  users (see screenshot
http://www.tekila.lt/public/sessions.png). Logs showing:

Even   though  I  don't  have (and didn't ever had) installed at all.

Or I get bugs like http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/9876

What could be causing this?

I'm using CyrSQL authentication with hordeauth = full in IMP.
