[horde] upgrade to latest horde 4 failed

Ah ... that makes it quit logical.
Sometimes If I managed it somehow to get a page "working" I was able
to visit it again but If i open a new link the error appears ... I 
didn't know why it behaves like this but I don't thought
about ndw - not cached sites
