[horde] upgrade to latest horde 4 failed

Are you using the APC cache? I noticed there was an update that I 
applied yesterday when I was upgrading Horde. If I disable the APC cache 
(PHP wide) ther error goes away.

Upgrade was from version 3.1.7 to 3.1.8
