[horde] PHP error in json_encode

Hi,

i am seeing this line in the logs - but did not see any "obvious" error in 
horde frontend which may cause this.
Any hints whtats wrong? May i have to be concerned about this? Known bug or 
Feature?

PHP ERROR: json_encode(): Invalid UTF-8 sequence in argument [pid 1124 on line 
242 of "/usr/share/php/Horde/Serialize.php"]
