[horde] What are the location aware features and how to enable them?

We don't have any thing at the moment that is location *aware*. We do,  
however have some places where in-line maps are used:

In Kronolith's dynamic view, the event view has a "Location" tab which  
supports  geocoding/reverse geocoding/in line maps (depending on the  
mapping provider). HordeMap supports a number of providers (OSM,  
Google, Yahoo, or a custom provide).

Also, Ansel offers support for image geolocation features. This is in  
both H3 and H4 - though the H4 support still needs to be refactored to  
use HordeMap in place of Google Maps directly.
