[horde] add_source (imp) and default_dir (turba) options

Hi,

I notice that the scope for the option add_source change from 'horde'  
(horde3) to 'imp' (horde4) and scope for default_dir change from  
'horde' (horde3) to 'turba' (horde4).

It seems that there is no upgrade for that and the consequence is that  
these options are no longer considered after the migration horde3 ->  
horde4.
