[horde] Errors in log file fileroot does not exist

These are not errors, but rather DEBUG statements. They are letting  
you know that applications that are present in the registry are either  
not configured or installed. Most, if not all, of the apps listed are  
not yet even released for Horde 4. You can ignore these, set a lower  
log level, or set these as inactive in config/registry.php
