[horde] Errors in log file fileroot does not exist

Hello to all!

   My Horde setup seems to have reached some kind of fully functional stage
and I am pretty pleased!  Only a few glitches and annoyances remains such
as this kind of entry in the horde log file:

   I am not sure how to interpret this because when I acceded the admin
interface, it reported that all applications were up to date and
configured.  So what to do next?
