[horde] is there a specific procedure to upgrade from 3.x to 4?

I recall that I simply installed Horde 4 per the installation
instructions, and the database contents were intact after the upgrade.

You may have to execute a script if you used datatrees; I didn't need to
do that, but I believe there's a passage about that in the
documentation.

Also, if you're using cron scripts for alarms and notifications, those
scripts have been renamed and moved to /usr/bin.
