Requires: pear(Log.php) pear(SyncML/Backend.php) pear(SyncML/Device.php) pear(SyncML/Device/Sync4j.php) pear(SyncML.php) pear(tests/lib/Application.php)

This line in previous link makes no sense, because it tells RPM to
require old version of SyncML to install Horde_SyncMl. As .spec file
looks clean I guess the problem is a build process. It somehow fetches
all that information from your PEAR. Probably it has old packages
installed?

As noted earlier, you need to address this issue to Mandriva or
similar list.
