[horde] Horde and the WSOD

I did that.  Which is why I mentioned both clearing the cookies and looking for the error in the logs.  I found an error in the log, but beyond trying to comment out the API features, I don't know how to resolve this.  I could revert the configuration, but why would that work if commenting out the API section doesn't help?  And that's a PITA if it's not going to help, and not going to help me understand what went wrong and prevent me from doing it again.
