Hello List I just installed Whups for H4 for a test drive. Everything went smooth. But if i want make a new ticket, selecting queue and tickettype, i get a form with an empty ticket status and empty priority dropdown. I think the status and priority are taken from the admin interface? Any idea how i can continue to look into this? -Tom
