True - but that was for the displaying of messages.  Ever since I
moved those mails out and increased the limit, that wasn't an issue.
It was only whilst debugging that that I noticed that none of the
users with additional portal blocks was able to see the portal
(although messages were displaying fine for them).

Both the user with the messaging issue and I (at least) have the Metar
block set to our physical locations - one in the UK one in the US.
