[horde] Horde 4 install does nothing

Hello.

It seems that Horde4 installer has sort of bug: it seems to copy files to /tmp/pear/download but not to /var/www/horde as it should.

Should I somehow expand those *.tgz files to /var/www/horde manually, or am I missing something? Install documentation http://www.horde.org/apps/horde/docs/INSTALL does not instruct to do so.

P.S. strugling with ssh2, fileinfo, idn, libssh2 etc. was frustrating on Ubuntu 10LTS ... but php -v is clean at least (and Horde3 in the same server, but under /var/www/horde3) works fine.
