[horde] Horde 4 install does nothing

It  means  that  installer failed. Why it failed you should be able to
find  in  you  previous  messages. Your PHP versions is missing "ldap"
extension and various PECL extensions.

Horde  is  using  PEAR as installer. You should familiriarize yourself
with PEAR first.

Just  install  horde  with  "pear  install  horde/horde"  (without any
flags). You won't need binary packages most probably anyway.
