[horde] Anyone else having trouble with decoding s/mime?

Simon,

I'm sorry, I seem to be making a mess of this. I've disabled the Penango
plugin that seems to be the source of a good bit of the trouble I have
described. Hopefully, you should be able to read this message without any
difficulty and without any errors.

A brief summary of the problem follows: I posted originally because Horde
could not read an email sent from my gmail account with the Penango s/mime
plugin, with much the same results you are seeing. Michael Slusarz and
others pointed out that the problem I was experiencing was likely a result
of the fact that the example message I provided was not standards
compliant. Your experience seems to bear this out.'

However, I subsequently tried sending s/mime encoded messages that are
standards compliant to my Horde, with the same results still. I am trying
to figure out if there is any additional troubleshooting I can do to
resolve the problem or any information I can provide that would be helpful.

Thanks for your interest, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

Sincerely,

Bill Day
